Antitrust Guidelines for the Let’s Grow! 2024 Walmart Marketplace Seller Summit
Walmart takes antitrust compliance very seriously. Sellers attending the Let’s Grow! 2024 Walmart Marketplace Seller Summit must follow these rules:
- Do not agree to limit competition or discuss or exchange commercially sensitive or proprietary information with other sellers.
- Do not provide or offer to share with Walmart another marketplace’s commercially sensitive or proprietary information.
- Do not provide or offer to share Walmart’s commercially sensitive or proprietary information with any other third party.
Commercially sensitive or proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, pricing, costs, margins, and other price-related or confidential terms of sale; forward-looking strategies or business plans (discussing, for example, a specific customer, geographic, or segment focus); and non-public information regarding employee recruitment strategies or wages/benefits.
You should consult with your own legal counsel concerning any antitrust compliance issues. By supplying these guidelines, Walmart is not providing legal advice or establishing any attorney‐client relationship with you.
Failure to comply with these Rules may adversely impact a seller’s continuing business with Walmart, up to and including termination as a Walmart seller.
